H.E.R Weekend New Zealand was honoured to host our inaugural transformational weekend in January 2025 at Karanga Camp, set within the breathtaking Waitākere Ranges of Auckland. Supported by dedicated staff from New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, women from across both countries came together for a powerful experience of healing and transformation.
Following the success of our first year, our next weekend in New Zealand is scheduled for 31 July – 2 August 2026.
A Weekend of Deep Renewal
This 2½‑day immersive experience is an invitation to begin again — to reconnect with yourself, to heal more fully, and to step forward with renewed courage and hope.

Held with Care and Safety
Our weekends are staffed by trained women and men committed to upholding emotional and physical safety. While the weekend may feel stretching or uncomfortable at times, resistance is a natural part of growth. Growth often emerges when we gently move beyond familiar limits — supported, witnessed, and encouraged.
We believe every woman already carries the wisdom and strength she needs to live as her most authentic self. Healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with the truth that has always been within you.
